Jerome Mol
Founder and CEO
Jerome H. Mol, Founder and CEO of the new PROLIN, is a serial entrepreneur who invests most of his time, energy, passion and money in helping build new companies, in new categories, with passionate teams. Jerome was one of the original founders of the first PROLIN (PROLIN Software, Inc.), which was sold to Hewlett-Packard in 1997. Companies founded by Jerome, include: Tornado-Insider, GP Ventures (GorillaPark), GPXS Services, and Colibri Mobile Services. Jerome is leading the new PROLIN in revitalizing IT Service Management with fresh technology approaches that bring the elegance and fun back to ITSM.
Jan Maarten van Dongen
Chief Technology Officer
Jan Maarten van Dongen is PROLIN’s CTO and ITSM, ITIL, and technology evangelist. He is responsible for defining PROLIN’s high-level functional and technical product roadmaps and development plans, and manages the engineering teams at PROLIN’s Research & Development centers in Roseville, California, USA and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Jan Maarten’s previous executive roles include Chief Field Technologist (CTO) at BMC Software, and several key roles at Hewlett-Packard, including: CTO of HP Software, CTO of HP OpenView, and Chief Architect of HP OpenView.
Jim O’Gara
Executive Vice President Worldwide Sales
Jim O’Gara, PROLIN’s EVP of Sales, is responsible for worldwide sales and channel development for accelerating PROLIN’s growth. Jim brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to this position, having been responsible for growing sales organizations, channel partners, and strategic alliances in a number of mid-market and enterprise-level technology companies. Most recently, Jim was the Vice President of Business Development at FrontRange Solutions, a global provider of IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Customer Relationship Management Solutions. Jim has also held key executive sales, channel, and alliances positions at AltaVista (now Yahoo), Informix (now IBM) and Apple Computer.
Frances Mann-Craik
Chief Marketing Officer
Frances Mann-Craik leads PROLIN’s global marketing programs. Frances has a passion for leading-edge technology and helping B2B technology companies grow. She brings experience as a SVP of Marketing at two of Jerome Mol’s companies – Tornado-Insider and GorillaPark, a technology incubator. She also has extensive experience ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, in the US, Europe, and Asia, including: CDNetworks, TriStrata Security, Oracle, Convergent Technologies/Unisys, and Hewlett-Packard.
Sjaak Koole
Chief Support Officer
Sjaak is responsible for expanding and managing the PROLIN technical support team and delivering superior support to PROLIN customers and resellers around the world. He and his staff share a passion for helping users get the most out of PROLIN’s products and services. Before joining PROLIN, Sjaak was co-founder of GPXS, a BlackBerry professional services, hosting, and training firm. Prior to this, he held international ICT management and support roles at the technology incubator GorillaPark, Unisys Outsourcing, BT Europe, ILIS France, and Origin International.

Patrick Heymans
Chief Software Architect
Patrick Heymans, PROLIN’s Chief Software Architect, is responsible for the design, architecture, and development methodology for PROLIN software products. Through Patrick’s leadership, PROLIN uses Test-Driven Development (TDD), a modern software design technique for producing high-quality software. Patrick’s background includes Software Architect, UI Architect, Senior Engineering, and Research roles at M7 Software, Hewlett-Packard, Moonshake Technologies, and the original PROLIN.
Tom Schoute
Vice President of Software Engineering Europe
Tom Schoute is responsible for managing the European R&D team located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Tom leverages his background as a software developer to excel as the intermediary between software development and commercial and consulting teams. Tom brings to PROLIN both a development and executive management background from technology firms including: M7 Software, Tornado-Insider, Hewlett-Packard and the original PROLIN Software, Inc.
