The customer-centric user interface is based on the latest Web 3.0 technologies. It allows users to easily place, manage, and monitor service requests as well as search and find content, which is grouped by categories and topics, with explanatory text, documents, and links. In addition, users can perform advanced “search” functions and create “favorites” for a shortlist of often-used forms and pages. PROLIN Self-Service Portal and Catalog is designed using global standards from Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and easily integrates with other applications using the SOA standards.
