Online Click Once Deployment
 

When PROLIN Smart Client 10is being started it checks (via the internet) to see if there is a software
update available. If there is, the user sees the following dialog:

These updates mat be optional or mandatory.  If the user clicks the “Install Now” button the client is updated.

After the installation, the user presses the “OK” button to start the new version of the client.

Note -- critical updates are deployed to client machines without specific customer intervention.
This brings an end to the service pack rollout hassle from a client machine perspective.
