Multiple HP Service Desk Service Packs Supported

PROLIN Smart Client 10 works on HP Service Desk 4.5 Service Pack 22 – 35.

If you want to update your server running HP Service Desk 4.5 to a different level Service Pack than the one you currently have installed, you just need to enter the correct server in the login screen. PROLIN Smart Client will automatically detect that you are trying to connect to an application server running a different Service Pack. You will see the following screen:

If you press “<Back” you will go to the login screen again. Press “Cancel” and you will exit the application. Press “Continue” and the update of your configuration starts. The Service Pack support files will be downloaded from the PROLIN server.

When the download is finished press “Continue” to restart PROLIN Smart Client 10. You can then connect to your new application server.
