More Complex ID Queries Possible

With HP Service Desk, searching on ID fields can only be done on one ID or on one range of IDs (e.g. 100-200) at a time. With PROLIN Smart Client 10, searching on IDs is more flexible. You can combine several single IDs and ID ranges in one search. For instance, entering “100-110;120;130-135;203” in the ID field in the “Advanced Find” of Service Call, results in the records that have an ID between 100 and 110, or an ID of 120, or an ID between 130 and 135, or an ID of 203. This makes it easy to retrieve groups of records in one search.
