More Complex Date Queries Possible

With HP Service Desk, you can only search on a selected date or a range of dates. PROLIN Smart Client 10 offers more options when you search using a date field. In addition to specific dates, or date ranges, a user can also search by relative dates, such as "Between 5 days ago and 3 days ahead" or "Between 3 months ago and 2 weeks ago." It is also possible to quickly select several time periods: "Last week," "This week," "Next week," "Last month," "This month," and "Next month."
