Increased Usability of Quick Views

In HP Service Desk, “Quick Views” is opened by first clicking the icon behind a field, which opens the context menu, and then clicking the Quick View menu option. The Quick View window stays open for just five seconds.

In PROLIN Smart Client, a Quick View opens automatically when you hover over a linked item field (e.g. Caller) for one second. The Quick View window stays open for 30 seconds, when you keep your mouse pointer over the field, and then closes automatically. Alternatively, if the Quick View is open and you move the mouse cursor away from the field, the Quick View window is closed automatically.
