In HP Service Desk, the standard view printing functionality is limited to setting paper size, orientation, and margins. PROLIN Smart Client 10 has additional standard printing settings like adding a header/footer or exporting the print to a variety of different formats (pdf, html, mht, excel, csv, text or image).
