To create an advanced selection in the advanced find in HP Service Desk, users must open several dialog windows.  This is difficult and not very intuitive to work with.

PROLIN Smart Client 10 has an easy-to-use, single dialog in which advanced criteria can be created to make a complex query.

This way, the user can easily reduce the list of fields shown.
