The Tree view in HP Service Desk supports multiple fields visible in the view:

The presented information can be difficult to digest by end users, especially when particular fields do not have a value. PROLIN Smart Client 10solves this problem by making use of a much more powerful tree view as shown below:

Note how the view incorporates column headers and that the empty values of the Status column are easy to see. Additional features for this view (not supported in HP Service Desk) are:

  The ability to sort the data on any of the shown columns by clicking on a column header.
